pk11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk11" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pk11 online gaming platform operating at pk11.cam and all associated services, products, and digital infrastructure.
• "Platform" means the pk11 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated gaming or betting interface accessible at pk11.cam.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers with, or uses the pk11 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the pk11 Platform to access gaming and betting services.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a User's pk11 Account for the purpose of funding bets and gaming activity.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of funds from a User's PKR Wallet on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other gaming product available on the pk11 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to a User's Account by pk11 under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by pk11 before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk11 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk11 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be re-requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you and have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by pk11 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk11 or any of its affiliated entities.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access pk11's gaming and betting services, Users must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following terms govern Account creation and ongoing management:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other fields required. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Your registered Pakistani mobile number serves as your primary Account identifier and is used for OTP-based two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping this number active and associated with your Account.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk11 login credentials. pk11 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• You must notify pk11 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• pk11 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a User's account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawals.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on the pk11 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. pk11 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where operationally not possible, in which case pk11 will process via an alternative verified method.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk11 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification procedures.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution.
• pk11 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

The pk11 Platform operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. Any currency conversion that may occur at the level of your payment provider is outside pk11's control and pk11 accepts no liability for exchange rate differences.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the pk11 Platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger Luck, and volleyball markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed in the system, except where a manifest error on the part of pk11 is established.
• pk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on erroneous markets published due to a technical or human error. Affected Users will be notified and stakes returned to their PKR Wallet.
• In-play cricket bets are accepted up to the point where the relevant market is suspended. pk11 is not responsible for bets accepted during brief delays in live feed updates that may result in information asymmetry.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures. pk11 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be updated without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the User's PKR Wallet. Partially completed rounds that cannot be reconstructed will be settled in a manner most equitable to the User as determined by pk11.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pk11 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of offer, including the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a designated Bonus Balance within the User's Account and may not be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings derived from wagering through bonus funds become withdrawable, subject to applicable wagering requirements being met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over on qualifying games or markets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual offer's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. pk11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements are identified.
• All promotional offers have expiry dates. Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements that lapse after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• pk11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Users who have already opted into an active offer will not be affected mid-promotion by retroactive changes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk11 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under the identity of any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker-style games, or coordinate betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity or to otherwise circumvent anti-money laundering requirements.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or glitch in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or discoverable error are void.
• Using another person's payment method or identity documents without their explicit consent to fund or operate a pk11 Account.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pk11 staff or other Users through any communication channel associated with pk11.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk11 Platform, including but not limited to the pk11 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, databases, and marketing materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User acquires any ownership rights in any Platform content by virtue of using the service.

• Reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any pk11 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any data or content from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes is prohibited without express written consent.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful if not approached with appropriate safeguards, and we provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets or a new limit is set (subject to cooling-off).
• Session Reminders: Users may configure alerts that notify them upon reaching a defined session duration, supporting awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, Account access and all marketing communications are suspended immediately with no cooling-off period applied to initiating exclusion.

pk11 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where behaviour indicative of problem gambling is identified, regardless of whether the User has proactively enabled such restrictions. For further information, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk11's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk11 expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of the Platform.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond pk11's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access facilitated by the User's own negligence.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds — including live score feeds used in in-play cricket betting — where such inaccuracies originate outside pk11's systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

pk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk11 will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file with at least seven (7) days' prior notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pk11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which pk11 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk11 Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Customer Support: Raise your complaint in the first instance with pk11 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. pk11 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Dispute: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to pk11's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint with full supporting documentation.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: Where a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting pk11's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction pk11 operates.
